What if a number looks wrong?
Tap Modify on the entry and change any field. Calories recalculate from the macros. If you can, send us the entry and the value you expected so we can look into the source.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings, then Delete Account. The server record is removed immediately and the sign-in is revoked with Apple. To remove the app’s iCloud data as well, use Delete all data on the same screen, or remove SnackLog from iCloud settings on your device.
How do I export my entries?
Settings, then Export entries as CSV. The file includes every entry with its fields and timestamps.
Why does SnackLog ask for permission before the first AI log?
The text and photos in a log message are sent to Anthropic to produce the entry. The app explains this once before the first AI log. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Does dictation send my voice anywhere?
No. Dictation runs on your iPhone with Apple’s speech framework. Only the resulting text is sent when you press send.
How do I manage or cancel SnackLog Plus?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Which iPhones are supported?
Any iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
